ABOUT AZPURC

Conference Details for 2023:

Date: Saturday, April 15, 2023*

Time: 12:00 - 4:30PM

Abstract Submission Deadline: Friday, March 24, 2023 at 5:00PM

Location: Student Pavilion in the Senita Ballroom (1st floor); 400 E Orange St.

In order to present at the conference, students must complete two forms. One is very short, and it helps Psi Chi get an idea of the number of students who are interested in presenting. Completing this form will also add you to an email list that will provide updates on the conference as well as resources on how to prepare for and present at a conference. Here is the link to the short form: https://forms.gle/G1FtLPrRTHA2xbBf6

The second form serves as the abstract submission (see deadline above). This form will ask for the presenter’s demographic information and will also include an area to submit a 250-word abstract that describes the material to be presented (introduction, methods, results, discussion). Presenters will be expected to participate in a poster session and can also choose to be considered for a flash talk (3-5min). Types of projects that can be submitted include but are not limited to: data analysis, data proposals, literature reviews. Students from all universities/colleges in Arizona are welcome to apply!
