Community Family Services (CFS) is an outpatient behavioral health company dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families in need. Hands‐On Experience: Gain practical experience in delivering life skills training, conducting assessments, providing peer support, and facilitating group counseling sessions.
What to Expect:
1. Conduct individual and small group sessions
2. Develop treatment plans based on individual client needs
3. Maintain accurate case notes for individual clients
4. Monitor clients during transitions between activities
5. Advocate for client rights, privileges, and responsibilities
6. Participate in workshops, training, seminars, or other professional development activities as needed
7. Learn and adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality
8. Observe and conduct intake appointments
9. Safely transport clients to and from appointments or activities using company vehicles as needed
Requirements:
‐ Current or eligible for a fingerprint clearance card
‐ First aid/CPR certification
‐ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
‐ 21+ years old
Pay: $18.50‐$22/hour (based on education and experience)
