Michelle is a physician and the owner of Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs and Training
After graduating with a degree in psychology, Michelle received her medical degree and began a career in family medicine. After opening a successful family practice, Michelle turned her attention to helping people improve their relationship with food, and she started her own company, Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs and Training.
Michelle is also the author of the book series Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat, including Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat for Students.
