Volunteer Opportunities

What is volunteering?

“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, What are you doing for others?”- Martin Luther King, Jr

Volunteering is the act of donating your time to help others. The ASU Department of Psychology has identified some great opportunities for students to participate in. One step in your career exploration is giving back and getting involved in the community so by volunteering your time you are making a lasting impact for these organizations that are in need of help.

Participation Details/Requirements:

  • You must be an undergraduate Psychology or Neuroscience student that is eager to get involved in the community and make a direct impact and difference.
  • If you are an international student, we recommend checking with the International Student Success Center (ISSC) to make sure you are eligible to volunteer.
  • Volunteering is not for academic credit but can be a great asset to a resume and to personal growth.
  • We recommend that you log your volunteer hours. Please use this PDF to do so.
