The Department of Psychology supports student-led groups where psychology and neuroscience majors and minors can connect with fellow undergraduates, explore their interests and apply learning beyond the classroom. These organizations nurture friendships, community outreach and deeper engagement with the field.

These scholarships and awards—valued at $100 to over $2000—are available to our psychology majors. Recipients will be acknowledged at the department's annual award ceremony in April.

As a student in the Department of Psychology, you’ll study at Arizona State University’s urban Tempe campus with broad pedestrian malls, creative architecture and subtropical landscaping. From researching in one of our high-tech lab spaces, to taking a stroll across our chiropractic-designed university bridge, to guarding the “A” on Tempe Butte for game day, there’s so much to do and discover.

The Department of Psychology at Arizona State University offers PhD training with a master’s degree earned along the way. Students apply to one of six specialized training areas and collaborate across labs, disciplines, and research centers throughout their graduate experience.

Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis: Costs and Financial Information
In addition to ASU graduate school tuition, the Masters of Science in applied behavior analysis program requires a program fee of $2,500 per fall/spring semesters and $2,000 for each summer session A and B between program years one and two. However, students also receive small stipends on an hourly basis for providing direct services during the practicum experience.
